Dr. Allan Brockenbrough is a professor of computer science with a strong background in software engineering, having worked in telecommunications, robotics, and government sectors. Drawing on over 30 years of experience in the software industry, his teaching focuses on helping students develop thoughtfully considered, high-quality software. At Salem State University, Brockenbrough has participated in Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) projects with professors in Mexico and Ukraine, fostering global collaboration and expanding his students’ technical and cultural perspectives. Through these experiences, he is committed to preparing students for success in both local and international software development environments.
