Four times a year, February, May, September and November, we have a partnering fair for professors looking for partners. The fair occurs once the partnering bulletin has been assembled and distributed back to the community. The SUNY COIL Center hosts the fair as a live video conference event. The event is similar to a speed dating adventure. The partnering fair usually takes place quarterly on the second Tuesday of the following months: February, May, September and November. Currently, we have one event between 10-11:30am ET(UCT-4).

This event helps everyone meet a wonderful assortment of instructors and coordinators looking to find a partner!

Be ready with a brief synopsis of your COIL project idea that you are ready to pitch to others. Also bring your flexible and open mind! We have a lot of fun. People always meet someone looking for someone. Just like speed dating, it’s a whirlwind, except you are looking for that virtual exchange partner!
