ACE and SUNY's COIL Center Announce First Winners of Technology Awards to Enhance Internationalization and Global Competence
The American Council on Education (ACE) and the SUNY Center for Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) today announced the first set of winners of a new awards program to recognize and promote the use of technology to enhance institutional internationalization and global competence of students at U.S. colleges and universities. The awards, sponsored by Asahi Net International (ANI), highlight innovative programs and approaches in two categories:
- The first recipients of the Leaders in Internationalization Through Technology, which recognized established programs were announced today at the 96th ACE Annual Meeting. Full details can be read in the press release.
- The Winners for the Advancing Internationalization Through Collaborative Online International Learning, which will recognize and offer support for emerging initiatives will be announced at the 6th COIL Conference on March 21, 2014
