We are happy to announce that COIL's Nodal Network has added four new SUNY campuses: Corning Community College, Empire State College, SUNY Geneseo and SUNY Oswego.
The new campuses join our charter members: Binghamton University, SUNY Cortland, SUNY Cobleskill, SUNY Delhi, SUNY at New Paltz, Purchase College and SUNY Ulster. Each campus has made a Provostial and/or Presidential level to developing globally networked courses at their campus using the COIL model.
As part of their Nodal Network membership, faculty at each participating institution who are actively planning to develop a globally networked course are eligible to apply for Faculty Grant Program for COIL Course Development which provide travel funding to attend the annual COIL Conference as well as to attend a special Nodal Network Partnering Workshop. Full details can be found in grant's RFP. The deadline for applications is April 30, 2012.
